1. Domain Registration and Renewal Policy

Non-Refundable Policy

• All domain registrations and renewals are strictly non-refundable. Once a domain is registered or renewed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded under any circumstances.

Email Verification Requirement

• You must verify the email address associated with your domain registration within 7 days. Failure to verify within this timeframe will result in the suspension of your domain.
• Pro Cloudify will not be held responsible for any interruptions, losses, or issues caused by suspension due to non-verification.

2. Web Hosting Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Policy

• We offer a 14-day full refund policy for the following hosting plans: Web Hosting, WordPress Hosting, Ecommerce Hosting, Premium Hosting, Corporate Hosting, and Agency Hosting. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.
• This refund policy only applies to new hosting account purchases. Renewals and upgrades are non-refundable.
• Once a refund is processed, the associated hosting service will be terminated immediately.
• For n8n Hosting and sGTM Hosting, refunds are not allowed while your system is running. Refunds will only be considered in the case of service unavailability due to server issues.
