Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Pro Cloudify’s hosting and related services. By registering for or using our services, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein. Pro Cloudify reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from hosting websites containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. This includes, but is not limited to, investment scams, gambling websites (where prohibited by law), materials promoting criminal activity, or any content that violates applicable laws or ethical standards.

If Pro Cloudify detects or becomes aware of any prohibited activity, the matter will first be reviewed by the Pro Cloudify Compliance Team. Upon verification of a violation, the account may be immediately suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice or warning. No refund will be provided for the remaining service period.

2. Abuse Notification

If prohibited content or abuse is detected by Pro Cloudify, or reported by any third party, it will be subject to immediate internal review by the Compliance Team. If the violation is confirmed, Pro Cloudify may immediately suspend or terminate the account to protect network integrity and comply with datacenter policies.

Pro Cloudify reserves the right to take instant action following Compliance Team review. No refund will be issued for any remaining service period in such cases.

Prohibited activities include:

  • Illegal or harmful content (pirated materials, scams, etc.)
  • Gambling or betting sites (where restricted by law)
  • Sexually explicit or adult oriented material
  • Content promoting violence, exploitation, or unethical activity
  • Phishing, impersonation, or fraudulent websites
  • Hate speech or extremist material
  • Spam or unsolicited marketing campaigns
  • Torrent or file-sharing platforms for unlawful material
  • Botnets, malware, or other malicious operations
  • Cracking, hacking, or penetration testing resources
  • Any other content or activity deemed illegal or harmful under applicable laws.

3. Backup Services

Pro Cloudify provides complimentary backup services to enhance data protection. However, customers remain responsible for maintaining their own independent backups.

  • Daily Backups: 1 backup is taken daily and retained for the last 7 days.
  • Monthly Backup: On the 1st day of each month, an additional backup is taken and stored for 30 days.

Backups are provided on a best-effort basis and are not guaranteed.

4. Domain Registration & Renewals

  • Registration: All domain registrations are non-refundable. Once registered, domain names cannot be changed.
  • Renewals: Domains must be renewed before expiration. A grace period of 30 days is provided, after which a redemption fee of $300 will apply. Pro Cloudify is not liable for expired or lost domains.

5. Web Hosting Services

  • Web Hosting: Hosting plans are designed for small businesses, startups, and developers. Accounts may be suspended for illegal activity or exceeding allocated resources. Requests for additional resources may incur extra charges.
  • Agency Hosting: Agencies benefit from included backup support in line with our standard backup policy.
  • Hosting Account Reset: Permitted a maximum of 2 times per month.
  • Primary Domain Change: Allowed only once per account.
  • Migration Service: Free migration is provided for customers who purchase a yearly hosting plan. For monthly or short-term plans, a one-time migration fee of 999 BDT will apply.

6. Managed Dedicated Server Services

Dedicated Servers are billed monthly. Failure to pay by the due date will result in suspension. A reactivation fee of 50% of the total invoice will apply if services are reactivated within 2 days. After 7 days, services will be terminated without liability.

7. Respect for Policies and Representatives

Customers must maintain respectful communication with Pro Cloudify staff. Harassment, abuse, or disrespectful conduct may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pro Cloudify is not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to hardware failure, natural disasters, fire, or cyberattacks. Customers are encouraged to maintain offsite backups.

9. Payment & Account Suspension Timeline

  • 0–24 Hours: No action taken; account fully operational.
  • 1 Day Overdue: Account suspended.
  • 2 Days Overdue: Late fee automatically added.
  • 14 Days Overdue: Account will be permanently terminated without recovery.
  • Invoice Policy: Initial checkout invoices expire after 4 days if unpaid.
  • Offer Plans: If you add an offer plan to your cart but do not pay before the offer expires, the cart invoice will be automatically cancelled once the offer ends.

By using Pro Cloudify’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
