1. Prohibited Content
By registering with Pro Cloudify, you agree to refrain from hosting any website containing illegal content. This includes, but is not limited to, pornography, investment scams, gambling websites related to criminal forums. Pro Cloudify reserves the right to terminate hosting services for any website found to contravene legal regulations without prior notice. This action is taken to uphold legal standards and ensure the safety and integrity of our platform and its users.
2. Abuse Notification
In the event of hosting prohibited or illegal content, Pro Cloudify will notify users to remove the offending domain, URL, or file within 5 hours upon receipt of notification from our data center. Failure to comply will result in termination of the hosted content.
Not Allowed:
- Illegal content (e.g., pirated movies, software)
- Gambling and betting sites (where prohibited by law)
- Adult content (depending on terms of service)
- Phishing or scam websites
- Hate speech or extremist content
- Spam or unsolicited marketing
- Torrent or file-sharing sites (for illegal files)
- Botnets or other malicious activities
- Cracking or hacking sites
3. Backup Services
Starting in 2024, complimentary 30-day backup services will no longer be available for resellers hosting customers. Instead, daily backups with a 14-day retention period will incur additional charges. For web hosting customers, there will be no changes to the complimentary backup services.
4. Domain Registration & Renewals
- Registration: All domain registrations are non-refundable. Once registered, domain names cannot be changed or altered.
- Renewals: Domains must be renewed upon expiration. Failure to renew within 30 days will result in a redemption period with a restoration fee of $300. After this period, Pro Cloudify is not liable for any loss of domain.
5. Web Hosting & Reseller Hosting
- Web Hosting: Our Web Hosting plans are suitable for business starters and website developers. We reserve the right to suspend hosting accounts for illegal activities or exceeding storage limits. Requests for additional file limits will incur an additional charge
- Reseller Hosting Resellers enjoy flexible services with optional 30-day backup solutions at an additional cost. Requests for changes must be submitted via ticket. Failure to pay for suspended services within 7 days will result in termination without liability.
6. Managed Dedicated Server Services
Customers may choose monthly billing for Dedicated Servers. Failure to pay within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of services. After two days of suspension, a reactivation fee equivalent to 50% of the total bill is applicable. Failure to reactivate within 7 days will result in termination without liability.
7. Respect for Policies and Representatives
Disrespect towards Pro Cloudify staff will result in immediate suspension of services and may lead to termination. Respectful communication is encouraged at all times.
8. Attention
Pro Cloudify is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to server destruction, fire, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
9. Payment and Account Suspension Timeline
- 24 Hours: No action taken, account fully operational
- 1 Day Overdue: Accounts immediately suspended
- 2 Days Overdue: Late fee automatically added
- 30 Days Overdue: Complete account termination
- Initial checkout invoice expires after 7 days if not paid.
