It is more than 60 days old
A domain cannot be moved within 60 days of being registered or of its last transfer.
You can open the owner email
Approval messages go to the email address on the domain, so make sure you can read it.

Transfer Your Domain to Pro Cloudify
If your domain sits with a registrar that raises its prices every year, a domain transfer to Pro Cloudify moves the name to a provider that shows the transfer and renewal price up front.
The domain transfer process is the same everywhere: unlock the domain, get the EPP code, and start the transfer with the new provider. Your website and email stay online because the nameservers do not change.
After the transfer, your domain and web hosting can sit in one account, with one invoice and a support team to help with DNS whenever you need it.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I transfer my domain to Pro Cloudify?
Unlock the domain at your current provider, get its EPP code, then enter the domain on this page. Add the code on the transfer form, pay, and approve the request if your current provider asks you to.
How long does a domain transfer take?
Most transfers finish within 5 to 7 days. The time depends on how quickly your current provider releases the domain. Some providers let you approve the request to speed it up.
Will my website or email go down during the transfer?
No. A transfer moves the registration, not your DNS. As long as you keep the same nameservers, your website and email keep working while the domain moves.
What is an EPP code and where do I get it?
The EPP code, also called an auth code or transfer key, is a password for your domain. Your current provider gives it to you, usually from the domain's settings page or by request to their support.
Do I lose the time left on my domain?
No. For most international extensions a transfer adds one year on top of the time you already have, so nothing you paid for is lost.
Why is my domain transfer failing?
The usual causes are a domain that is still locked, a wrong or expired EPP code, or a domain that was registered or transferred in the last 60 days. Fix that with your current provider and start the transfer again.
Can I transfer a .bd or .com.bd domain?
Bangladesh country domains are managed through BTCL and do not use the normal transfer process. They are handled on our Bangladesh site, procloudify.com.bd. Message our support team and we will tell you what is possible for your domain.
How can I pay for a domain transfer?
You can pay for a domain transfer in US dollars with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.
